Yes. ParkMyPhone is the ideal service if you are changing your service provider to companies like Vonage, and they are not able to port your phone number.

After porting your phone number to us, you can leave a message telling your callers about your new phone number. If they leave you a message you can receive it via email, or by calling in to our system, using any regular phone.

Contact us with your phone number so we can check the availability for your phone number.
Yes, this is your number, so you can port it anywhere you wish at any time. You must notify us that you intend to port your phone number in order for us to stop charging you. Please read further for answers regarding payments and refunds.
No. We do NOT CHARGE you for porting away your number, if you let us know that you intend to port your phone number away. Your new provider might charge for porting your number. (Please consult with them before taking such an action).

If you have signed for a one year prepaid package, you might not be eligible for a refund for your unused period. Please see other questions in this matter.
Yes. You must pay for at least 6 months of the service you've selected. However, if you selected the 12 months prepaid discounted offer you will not receive any refund. Porting your number involves both direct expenses and is labor intensive. Your first annual payment will cover the cost of porting your number AND your first 12 months of service. You can port your number away from us any time you choose (after the first 30 days), but this payment is not refundable.
No. The porting process itself takes about 2 weeks on average, and may be longer. You are only allowed to port your number away after a period of 30 days. If you port your phone number away from us before the end of the 30-day-period from the date of the actual porting of your number to us, you will pay a heavy fine.
If you knowingly ask us to port your phone number after you already canceled your account, and we are not able to port your phone number as a result, you will be charged for the $20 porting fee.
We charge your account every calendar month at the beginning of the month. However, if your monthly charges are less than $10, you will be charged every 3 months, in order for us to save on credit card fees. You will still be eligible for a pro-rated refund for any period of time of unused service, should you decide to cancel your service. If you have signed for an annual service agreement, your account will be charged only once for that year.

Please note: if your total monthly charges are less than $10, we will charge you only once every 3 months, in order to be able to keep credit card fees as low as possible. As stated above you will get a refund for any unused period of time, should you decide to stop the service.
Yes, if you can access your bill using the web, you should be able to print it using software that can "print" to a PDF file. Download the file called PDFcreator from this site: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

After the software is installed, you will be able to print and save the completed form as a PDF file. Send the PDF files to us via email. However the LOA form must be signed. Contact us if you have no way to sign the form and fax or scan and email it back to us.
